Correct selection of hydraulic hose：
The correct selection of hydraulic hose is related to the normal work of the whole hydraulic system and the procurement cost of enterprises. The selection of hydraulic hose should be considered comprehensively from its pressure, size, working medium, temperature adaptation range, bending radius, and activity space and other factors.
(1) hydraulic hose pressure
Hydraulic hose more pressure, the higher the price. The maximum working pressure of the hose must be determined according to the pressure of the system. When choosing, it is necessary to consider not only to ensure the normal operation of the system, but also to save procurement costs. Because of the impact load in the hydraulic system, the maximum working pressure of the hose is generally greater than the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system, and the explosion pressure of the hose is generally 3 ~ 4 times of the maximum working pressure.
(2) the size of hydraulic hose
The inner diameter of the hydraulic hose is too small, it will increase the velocity of the medium in the tube, make the system heat more, reduce the efficiency, and will produce too much pressure drop, affecting the performance of the whole system; Excessive inner diameter will increase the procurement cost and affect the normal operation of the system. When the hose is fixed with a pipe clip or the hose is passed through the steel plate, we should pay attention to the outer diameter of the hose.

Should be based on the hydraulic medium, choose the material suitable hose. The working medium of construction machinery is hydraulic oil. When choosing the hose, the hose should be compatible with the hydraulic oil used.
(4) temperature range of hydraulic hose
The ambient temperature of the hydraulic hose is too high or too low, which will affect the life and pressure bearing capacity of the hose. Therefore, no matter how the working state of the hose changes, the ambient temperature shall not exceed the temperature limit of the hose. Temperature lower than or higher than the recommended temperature limit range of the hose may reduce the performance of the hose, resulting in damage to the hose, resulting in leakage of the hose. Therefore, when the hose is arranged near the heat source, we must pay attention to taking appropriate heat insulation measures.
(5) Bending radius
When choosing high pressure hose, we should pay attention to the bending radius of high pressure hose. When calculating the bending radius, the withholding length of the front joint should be subtracted. If the bending radius of the use part of the hose is less than the bending radius of the hose, the pressure bearing capacity and service life of the hose will be reduced. When the allowable pressure and inner diameter of the hose are the same, the hose with a smaller bending radius should be selected first, so as to ensure that the structural layer is not destroyed.
(6) Activity space
Construction machinery of the hose is more, its activity space is limited, use often contact or friction with hard objects, so depending on the situation in the hose external jacket.
After selecting the hose, you must also choose the corresponding pipe joint. Pipe ends or fittings are usually determined by the equipment interface to which they are connected, and therefore the availability of suitable fittings should be taken into account. For high pressure pipelines, it is advisable to choose permanent withholding type pipe joints.
