Matters needing attention
1. The use of coal seam water seal hole fast and simple. It is only necessary to connect the water path of the operation site with the packer, and insert the packer into the borehole completely. Under a certain pressure, the packer hose expands to seal the hole and break the coal by water injection.
The sealing device of coal seam water injection can be used repeatedly for several times. When the pressure is removed at the end of water injection, the sealing device can return to its original state and be taken out.
It is strictly prohibited to operate the feeding and recovery packer with pressure.
No one is allowed to work in front of the hole packer when it is working.
The hole sealer must be used straight, no discount pressure.
When in use, adjust the sequence valve (the opening pressure should be greater than), the pipeline should be monitored by a pressure gauge, the pressure water is strictly forbidden to be higher than the working pressure, the pressure water pipe is removed after the operation, and the hole sealing device is restored to its original state after the pressure relief and no water, and then the hole sealing device is extracted and sorted out for backup.
